As the poster child for chocolate-covered pretzels, hot tea with milk in it, and in general being a homebody, you could call me your average Jane when it comes to daily life. But there’s nothing average about how I coordinate all the details of your creative real estate transaction.

Think of me as the glue that holds all the pieces together. From document management to communication facilitation, an eagle eye on your contracts to make sure everything is above board. I handle the details, deadlines, and communication, providing a central point for all parties involved.

My goal is to get your deal closed correctly the first time, saving you time and money.

I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, but strangely enough, I’m not a coffee girl. Tea is my drink of choice.
